| Dear Colleagues: The SSOP Organising Committee has developed panels of oligonucleotides for use as probes to detect HLA class I allele polymorphisms. To ensure that the probes are performing appropriately in the hybridization assay, positive control DNA is needed for each probe. We seek your help in providing cells with the following allele specificities for use as positive controls.
