Selected reference panels of purified genomic DNA were developed during the 13th IHWS to support individual MHC and MHC-related research projects.  Each panel consists of 2-10 μg of DNA from reference cell lines expressing a broad array of MHC or MHC-related polymorphisms relevant to a specific project.  The reference panels currently available include: HLA Sequence Polymorphism, MICA, NK/KIR, Microsatellite, and HLA Consanguineous.  In addition, smaller panels consisting of 10-20 DNAs each have been assembled from the larger reference panels to provide positive quality control verification for individual assays or experiments.  Please inquire about the availability and pricing of these panels.
